Epping Forest

One-third of council up for election. No elections this year in Buckhurst Hill East, Chigwell Row, Chigwell Village, High Ongar, Willingale and The Rodings, the Loughton wards, Moreton and Fyfield, Passingford or Theydon Bois. Two Conservative councillors were elected unopposed.
