One-third of council up for election. No election this year in Adderbury, Ambrosden and Chesterton, Bicester East, Bicester North, Bicester South, Bicester Town, Caversfield, Cropredy, Hook Norton, Launton or Yarnton, Gosford and Water Eaton. One Conservative councillor was elected unopposed.
