One-third of council up for election. No elections this year in Badby, Brampton, Byfield, Clipston, Crick, Long Buckby, Moulton, Spratton, Walgrave, Welford, West Haddon and Guilsborough or Yelvertoft. Two Conservative councillors were elected unopposed.
